Barrett Downs Committee Chairpeople...Please feel free to email any of the committee chairs if you have questions, concerns, or would like to get involved. We're always looking for volunteers!

Social Committee: Allyson Lindstrom and Jessica Henderson (social@barrettdowns.com)
Want to join the committee with the only objective is having fun and socializing. The social committee plans the neighborhood events such as Easter Egg Hunt, Back to School Ice Cream Party, Golf Tournaments, and Chastain Night. The social committee plans events for all ages: children's parties, adult parties and athletic events. If you have any suggestions for an event or are interested in joining this committee please contact Debra Fields.

Architectural Review Committee: Julie Gardiner (ARC@barrettdowns.com)
The ARC committee is made up of your neighbors and is dedicated to maintain the standards and quality that were set forth in our covenants that originally attracted all of us to this neighborhood. Any changes made to the exterior of your home should be requested through the ARC. This includes painting, fences, playsets and major landscaping changes. A copy of the ARC request form can be downloaded in our Documents Download area .
